I had a lovely email drop through my virtual mailbox with the wonderful news of a new American Express / Foursquare offer. If you have not previously heard about the relationship between American Express and Foursquare then please read my previous post found here.
To be eligible for Foursquare offers, you must sync your American Express Card within the Foursquare app, or online at sync.americanexpress.co.uk.
New Foursquare Offer
Enjoy a £10 statement credit when you spend £50 or more on your American Express Card at D&D Restaurants.
Log into Foursquare and tap the ‘Check-in Special’ then load the offer directly to your Card.
Offer available to the first 1,500 Cardmembers and valid between 24 June and 5 August 2013.
According to American Express, “D&D has always stood for exceptional food, seasonal and sustainable produce and renowned wine cellars at every one of its 26 stylish London and Leeds restaurants.”
In addition, American Express Cardmembers can enjoy additional Membership Rewards points when you spend at any D&D London restaurant between 24 June and 5 August 2013. You earn 1 additional Membership Rewards point for every £1 spent.
This promotion is not open to American Express Corporate Cards.
It is nice to see the return of Foursquare offers for American Express Cardmembers. Unfortunately, this is not the most lucrative offer but let’s hope it is the start of some exciting summer deals. We might even see a return to the ‘spend £50, get £50 statement credit’ days of old.
