Tesco wants to hear from you to improve their service. They know that everyone hates to fill in forms so they’re offering a sweeter, 25 Clubcard points (60 Avios). The form does not take long to complete, no more than 5 minutes. This is a quick and easy way to increase your Avios total and is very useful for someone who has not collected for a while and faces the danger of their Avios expiring.

You are asked to provide a code for your local store but if you don’t have a receipt handy and don’t know the code then you can enter a random code. It worked just fine for me.
